Originally opened as Paris Bakery and Café featuring freshly made bread, croissants, and desserts to accompany authentic French Cuisine. Joining the restaurant in 2016, Luke Gilligan, and bringing with him 30+ years of culinary experience, imagination, and love of cooking he quickly launched the restaurant forward into the wholesale business.
Paris Bakery and Café soon become larger than the space they occupied and in 2019 Paris Bakery and Café divided the restaurant and bakery to allow both to grow individually.
Paris Bakery features numerous familiar bread products, desserts, and croissants that were served in the restaurant. Also specializing in unique bread and dessert requests not able to be found in Anchorage. With his culinary background Luke can easily assist with menu ideas, and matching breads and desserts with meals. Whether wholesale or retail we look forward to working with you and adding that special touch to your meal or event.
